Recipes and DIYs:
Add to your shampoo:
Opt for a gentle and sulfate-free shampoo as a base. This will ensure that the essential oil doesn't mix with harsh chemicals. Add 2-3 drops of peppermint essential oil to your bottle of shampoo and shake well. Shampoo as usual and rinse well.
Cooling hair growth and scalp health serum:

Mix a few drops of peppermint essential oil with a carrier oil, such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. A
recommended ratio is around 2-3 drops of peppermint oil per tablespoon of carrier oil. Apply the diluted mixture to your scalp using gentle massaging motions. Focus on areas where you're looking to promote hair growth or where hair thinning is noticeable. Leave the oil mixture on your
scalp for about 15-30 minutes to allow the scalp to absorb the beneficial properties. Wash your hair using a mild shampoo to remove the oil. Rinse thoroughly.
For headaches: Applying diluted peppermint oil to the
temples or massaging it onto the neck can help alleviate
tension headaches and migraines.
Massage oil:
Dilute the peppermint essential oil with your choice of carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil work great). A recommended ratio is 2-3 drops of peppermint essential oil to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil. Lavender essential oil blends well with peppermint. This blend can create a soothing aroma for a massage.
Diffuser Blends:
Diffusing peppermint oil can give you the many benefits of this oil like headache relief, improved mood, decrease nausea, and stress relief. Adding other essential oils along with peppermint oil can give you a surplus of benefits and uplifting aromas for your home.
